Return & Exchange Policies

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality products that exceed expectations. We understand that there may be reasons for wanting to exchange a product, so please read the below:

REFUNDS
Refunds are only available in the case of a defective product; otherwise, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to arrange for a return and refund.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be made on the spot, in front of the customer, or within 3 days of receiving the product.

CANCELLATION
You have a one-day window from the time of purchase to cancel. If the cancellation request is made after this time, the customer must pay the delivery fees.

DELIVERY FEES
In all conditions: Refund, exchange, or cancellation:

  • The delivery fees must be covered by the customer.

NOTES:
The customer must return the product as soon as it is received.
